EA..... Disappointing as always

I have an iPhone 15 with very fast Internet. So it is completely the game's issue. PLEASE fix your bug and loading issues! Every now and then I am stuck on the loading screen!! Even in the game it does not load and stays in one frame!!! "UNKNOWN ERROR" every SINGLE time. AND please fix the bug where after H2H division rival match has ended, it ALWAYS 100% ALWAYS bugs out and I have to REFRESH the game at least TWICE . Do you know how annoying this is? Can't you even fix this tiny problems? I've unlocked new anger issues I didn't have because of YOUR issues.
