Re: 200 Drafts Vouchers bug main thread

Dear EA Support Team,

I would like to formally raise a concern regarding several ongoing issues in EA FC Mobile that have significantly affected my gameplay experience.

First, I would like to address the Draft Voucher glitch. A large portion of the player base was able to successfully claim the 200 Draft Voucher due to this issue. Unfortunately, I was unable to benefit from this glitch despite actively participating in the Draft mode and spending considerable time—and resources—attempting to obtain at least one 117 OVR player legitimately. This imbalance has placed players like myself at a clear disadvantage compared to those who unintentionally benefited from the glitch.

Secondly, I am experiencing serious concerns in Head-to-Head mode. Nearly all opponents I have faced recently have lineups containing four or more 117+ OVR players, which strongly suggests that the earlier issue has materially affected competitive balance. In addition to this, match behavior feels highly inconsistent and unfair. My players frequently make inaccurate passes directly to opposing players, defensive positioning appears unreliable, and scoring opportunities fail to convert even under ideal conditions—for example, a missed clear chance with my 118 OVR Cruyff in front of an open goal.

These issues contribute to the perception of heavy match scripting or unintended gameplay mechanics that remove consistency and player control. As someone who plays the game to relax and enjoy competitive football gameplay, the current experience has instead become increasingly stressful and frustrating.

I respectfully ask that EA Games:

• Review and address the impact of the Draft Voucher glitch
• Ensure fair competitive balance for players who did not benefit from the issue
• Investigate and improve gameplay consistency and perceived match scripting
