I am extremely disappointed with the matchmaking system in FC Mobile's 1v1 mode.

I reached Champion rank with 9 stars and was trying to earn just one more star to reach Champion 10. However, I was matched against Champion 10 players in three consecutive matches. I managed to draw the first two games, but in the third match, I faced an opponent with 130 OVR compared to my 126 OVR and lost.

How is this supposed to be fair matchmaking? Why are players who are one star away from progressing repeatedly matched against opponents who have already reached the next milestone, especially when there is also a significant OVR difference?

I am not claiming that the system is deliberately rigged, but experiences like this make it extremely difficult to trust that matchmaking is fair. EA needs to explain how matchmaking works and seriously review its ranking and OVR balancing systems.

Players invest their time, effort, and money into this game. When the competitive experience feels this unfair, it undermines the entire purpose of ranked matches. I genuinely regret the money I have spent, and I expect EA to take these concerns seriously rather than dismissing them as ordinary losses.

Please improve the matchmaking system and make ranked competition fairer for everyone.
