Empty Quests page

My "Quests" page is bronken. It doesn't show tasks and rewards. It shows only yellow "Claim" buttom but doesn't work. I cleared cash and uninstalled the game but didn't work

It is true that I have completed all quests for TOTY event but for other events, I have not. Such as Ramadan and Future Stars. Normally, it should not show screen like that neither be fronzen. Thanks in advance for the replies
