Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

I tried to join a League but every time I clicked on join it always got an unknown error 10000 even though my network was very stable please help

Hello EA,

Everytime I’m trying to join any league the ERROR 10000 is popping up even though I have a reliable internet connection, I got kicked out from my previous league recently so therefore I need to join another league but I’m not able to.

Please

look into this matter ASAP!
