Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

I tried to join a League but every time I clicked on join it always got an unknown error 10000 even though my network was very stable please help

I tried to join a league but it showed error 1000 

I joined 2 days after and it still doesn't work could you fix that

User =wintr.green

Password = (unavailable incase of hacks) 

I left my league and join several and I tried yo join my league but it showed error 1000 can you remove the restriction from my account user is wintr.green

Started on 26 November if not 27 november
