Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

I tried to join a League but every time I clicked on join it always got an unknown error 10000 even though my network was very stable please help

Hi, FC 24 mobile support team, my English is not good but maybe little bit understandable soo my issues and problem is that i click on join now then it can't joining 😔 and then game is goes to home, soo please let me join the league, and solve the problem,
