Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

I tried to join a League but every time I clicked on join it always got an unknown error 10000 even though my network was very stable please help

So in my account i have an issue which iam not able to join any league and this has been going on for months and i have no answer from the chat bot that said they apparently connected me with an actual worker in EA support so long story short iam not able to join any league and it gives me an unexpected error 1000 so if EA support sees this please fix this.

I am unable to join or create any league in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. Every time I try, the game resets and shows UNKNOWN ERROR [10000].

This happens on every network and after restarting the app.

My account appears to be stuck in a broken league state.

Please reset my league membership status on your server so I can join a league again.
