Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

I tried to join a League but every time I clicked on join it always got an unknown error 10000 even though my network was very stable please help

I try to join a league several times but it's saw error 10000 every time please solve it.i used wifi also and also my network is very good perhaps problems continues.
