When I open the quest it's don't have any task to do and I can't claim it

Hi there and thanks for reaching out. This issue has already been reported to the team. The Claim button may remain active even after all available quests have been completed, which seems to be the case for you.

Why my quest log stays like this ? I cant claim or do anything . Help please

Hello EA Support,
My FC Mobile account has a bug where the Quests section is completely empty and not loading. Other sections of the game work normally.
Date I see the the bug: 22/05/2026
Account Name: sam3
User ID: removed
Device: Moto g85
I already tried:
- Reinstalling the game
- Clearing cache
- Changing language
- Refreshing login
- Switching internet connection
The issue still exists only on my main account. On the same device, my second account loads quests normally, so this is clearly an account-side issue.
Because of this bug, I am missing daily and event quest rewards, progression, and limited-time content. Please investigate and restore the missing quests. I also request fair compensation for the rewards and progress lost during the bug pe
riod.
