Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

I tried to join a League but every time I clicked on join it always got an unknown error 10000 even though my network was very stable please help

Whenever i try to join a league it shows a notice

    Hi GDCsyraz​, 

    Thanks for letting us know you're seeing that error. Could you confirm: 

    1. If you're leaving and joining a League 3 or more times in a day?
    2. If so, please try giving the error 24 hours to cool down before trying again.
