    Hi benjprice19​. Since your account works during weekdays but mainly fails on weekends, this is most likely related to higher local network traffic or a network connection issue rather than the account itself. Servers usually have much heavier traffic on weekends.

    A few things you can try and see if this will improve things for you:

    • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
    • Restart your router
    • Disable any VPN or custom DNS apps
    • Try logging in from another network
    • Fully closing FC Mobile
    • Clearing the cache (if you're on Android)
    • Logging out and back into Google Play Games or Apple Game Centre
    • Reinstalling the game, but only if your account was linked to save your progress 

    Testing another device may also help confirm the cause of the issue.

    Im on ios and i play in ipad, i have have fully closed cant reinstall because i dont know how to link my account to save my progress and i dont have any more wifi. Isnt there something you can do? Thank you

    Thanks for trying these steps. It doesn’t currently look like a widespread server issue affecting everyone. It’s more likely related to the connection between your ISP/network and the game servers during peak times.

    Here are a few extra things you could try as well :

    • Restart the iPad completely
    • Make sure iPadOS is updated
    • Temporarily disconnect other devices using the Wi-Fi
    • Contact your ISP and ask if they’re seeing congestion, packet loss, or routing issues on weekends
    • Reset Network Settings on the iPad
      (Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings)
    • If possible, briefly test another connection or even a hotspot to compare

    Since this only seems to happen on weekends, have you checked with your ISP to see if there are any congestion or routing issues at those times?
    Also, if possible, could you try connecting through a different network, such as a friend's Wi-Fi that uses a different ISP, and see if the issue still occurs?
