Error 20036 – Unable to Join League After Cooldown

Hello EA Support,

I am unable to join any league because I keep getting Error 20036: “Member in hop cool off time. Cannot join this group.”

I have already waited until the next day, restarted the game, and tried again, but the error is still there.

Please check my account and help me fix this issue.

    Hi. If you have already changed leagues recently, please wait a full 24 hours without making any attempts to join a league during that period, as additional attempts may interfere with the cooldown.

    Once the full 24 hours have passed, please try joining a league again and let us know if you still receive that error.
