Error 404 in UEFA dreamchasers

Ea, today I was playing fc and I played the shoot dribble shoot training and I am saving up for 4.5k tokens for a 116/117 from exchanges but when I get 6k points in it it is showing failed and I do not earn tokens pls give me like a compensation of 4.5k because this has happened many times but I have never complained about this now I am tired of this bug pls fix and pls if possible give me a compensation of 4.5k UEFA dreamchasers tokens before tots chapter or in tots chapter give me some shards pls notify me at my email
