Good afternoon, I purchased a weekly TOTS set, but yesterday I received it after the purchase, but today they didn't offer to pick it up, the question is why, and maybe it depends on the time of purchase, although I bought it at 11:50 yesterday, but it's already 4 p.m., I would like to clarify when I should wait for my purchase. Because, for example, I open the monthly set calmly when I enter the game, they offer it. They also do not offer to purchase it again, as can be seen in the attached file.
