Error Code 0x00000001 after update

Hello, after the latest update, I keep getting connection error code 0x00000001 on my device when trying to log into FC Mobile. My account works fine on my friend's device, but it is completely blocked on my phone and my local connection. Please refresh my session or clear the restriction on my device access. Thank you

    Hi there. Welcome to our forums.  Please check that your device's date, time, and region settings are correct. If you recently changed any of these settings, it may help to reinstall FC Mobile. Before reinstalling, make sure your game progress is linked to an EA, Google, Apple, or Facebook account so you don't risk losing your data.
