Unfair matches for players

I need to report the system of ea because when I was having two stars in fc champion I play vs three people with ten stars in head to head. so I see that it is unfair for players to vs people we can say the are after us for two divisions.I now that it is the ea system but it is unfair so I see that if they can update the system,to do  like a fair matches to players that has low stars in fc champion or new in fc champion.it will be more helpful for us.Thank you for your support
