Error message for redeem code, says account not linked.

My UID is [Edit – UID removed. For your own safety, do not share it on public forums.]  I have issues with getting redeem code reward frm d webstore it says my account is not linked. Whereas it is. And even still have access to the game with my account. But if I go to the webstore it says it's not linked. I've tried changing browser app., clear cache and restart the phone. All to no avail. Please help. I use a android phone.

    Hi there. This error typically means you are logged into a different EA Account on the redemption website than the one you use to play the game.

    Please double-check your other email accounts to see if any are linked to your game profile. Also, make sure your browser isn't automatically logging you in with a different saved email.
