Re: "Unknown Error [500004]" when equipping Glorious Era & Kickoff Badges

hello ea support, while completing tutorial when it is asking me to put a badge i cannot either stop that or when i am putting a badge an error comes stating "UNKNOWN ERROR [500004] Sorry, something unexpected went wrong please make sure you have a reliable network connection and try again" I have tried many things possible even re-downloading the game, i think this is a server issue continuing for days, EA support PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS
