Black screen after loading - Samsung A14

Hello, I have a black screen issue in FC Mobile after the loading finishes. I tried clearing cache and reinstalling the game but it did not work. Please help.

Hey. Sorry you’re running into this issue. Since clearing cache and reinstalling didn’t fix the black screen, please try these next steps on your phone:

Fully close FC Mobile.

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or restart the connection.

Make sure the phone has enough free internal storage.

Launch the game again and check whether the screen still turns black right after loading finishes.

Make sure you have the latest OS version installed.

Close any other apps running on your phone at the same time.
