Hi EA Support,
I’m currently playing FC Mobile 25 and have updated the game to the latest version. However, I’m unable to access the Extra Time chapter in the TOTS event. The button doesn’t respond, and nothing happens when I try to open it.
I’ve already:
- Completed all prior chapters/events required
- Restarted the app
- Cleared cache (if applicable)
- Ensured a stable internet connection
Please help me resolve this issue so I can continue participating in the event.

Ive been tryna open extra time for two days and it just says "sorry, something went wrong" ive deleted and downloaded the app, waited for daily reset, restarted my phone and yet it remains the same.
