Extra time not working - "Sorry, something went wrong"

I opened the extra time event and it isn't working for 3 days can you fix that

In the meantime,  please make sure your game is backed up, and to keep a copy of your User ID somewhere safe offline - just in case it's needed down the line.

It keeps giving warning like this.

In-game Nick : OrcuS
UID : *snip*
Device : iPhone 14 Pro
Connection : Both
Region : Turkey

I can't open the extra time

Good question! Here's how you'd send a DM:

1. Open up the person's profile page. In this case, EA_Pulsar's
2. Click the purple 'Message' button to the top right-hand side of their profile
3. A message window should appear.
   1. Fill in the subject line: Extra time not working - [User Name] - [Date]
   2. Fill in the message box with the following info: 
      1. User ID (follow this link) 
      2. Device name 
      3. Connection type 
      4. Region 
   3. Then select 'Send Message'.

And your message will be sent through. 

Let us know if you have any issues sending a DM to EA_Pulsar​ and we'll look into it for you. 🙂
