The team has released a fix for this. Jot down your User ID and keep it somewhere safe offline. Once that's done, could you please restart your game and double-check if extra time is working for you now?

Extra time is working now thank you. Will the affected players be receiving any compensation in the form of in game currency? Maybe season tokens or gems
