    Hey Doctor1Red​. If you’ve tried purchasing multiple items within a short period, please give it some time — the information is most likely still processing. Restart your device and clear the game’s cache data as well. Make sure your time and region are set correctly on the device. 

    Check your purchase history on the Play Store or App Store to confirm the status of your most recent transaction. If the issue continues, try the steps listed here for further troubleshooting.

    Hello, my game registration area is in the United States, but I am currently settled in Hong Kong and have changed my Google Play store address to Hong Kong. Will this prevent me from purchasing products? But until today, I was able to purchase items in Hong Kong

    Yes, region settings can prevent a transaction from completing. If the account was created in a different region than the store you’re trying to purchase from, the payment may not go through.

    You can try using the FC Mobile Webstore instead, but there’s no guarantee it will work if the store region doesn’t match your account’s registered region.
