Extra time rewards not received

Hi EA I recently watched all the videos and did the trivia from extratime and then it told me to collect my champion tokens from the mailbox, and then I did collect them, but when I went to check my total balance it was still the same as before. I really hope u can fix this fast because there is not a lot of days left of this event and I am really close to 12,000 champion tokens.

Just to clarify, ET: Champions Tokens are different from the in-game Champions Tokens. ET: Champions Tokens can only be used in Extra Time Daily Picks. Champions Tokens are used in the Champions in-game event.

I have bought champion tokens with gems twice but didn’t receive them after collecting from inbox. I have also taken a quiz and didn’t receive the tokens again. Please help 

I purchased the Extra Time offer for 480 FC Mobile Gems that gives 600 ET: Champions Tokens. The game confirmed that I received the 600 tokens and sent the reward to my inbox. I then claimed the reward from my inbox, but my Champions Token balance did not increase. This has happened repeatedly. I have made 9 purchases in total (6 yesterday, 2 today, and 1 additional purchase), but the Champions Token balance has not increased from 6,225. Please check my account transaction logs and restore the missing tokens. I have played games to increase my champion tokens but I did not receive the champion tokens which I purchased through gems in the Extra time offer.

So I did trivia and watched the videos multiple times and no champions tokens have been sent to my account were I am really close to getting 12,000 plz fix this

I have almost got enough to get the 123 icon player and ive watched videos bought champions points with gems and the champions points are not beint credited onto my account this is annoying and fustrating and i need to get cole out of the icon picks for my team as sane isnt keeping up

I bought "ET: Champions Token" for 480 gems in Extra Time Offers on Aug 21, 2026.

The gems were deducted from my account but I did not receive the 600 Champions Tokens.

We tested this, and Extra Time purchases are working correctly. Please note there are two different token types, Asian Cup Tokens and Champions Tokens, which are used in different sections. Extra Time rewards need to be claimed from the Inbox after purchase.

I have already done that but still i don't get any token
