Extra time token exchange is unavailable

  I have lots of 104+ mixed players but in the extra time token exchange option there isnt any player showing for exchange..i need those tokens cause recenty i have got a good player in player exch...

Subject: Bug in Item Exchange (Extra Time Token)

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a problem in FC Mobile.

In the Item Exchange section, when I try to exchange a 106 OVR player for the Extra Time Token, the player does not appear in the selection list. Because of this, I am unable to complete the exchange.

I have already checked:

The player meets the required OVR conditions

The player is not in any lineup

The player is not locked

However, the issue still continues.

Please help me fix this problem as soon as possible.
