Extra time tokens

Hello EA Support Team,

I am facing an issue after updating from FC Mobile 25 to FC Mobile 26. In FC Mobile 25, I had collected around 30,700 Extra Time Tokens through regular gameplay. But after installing and logging into FC Mobile 26 on my Android device, I noticed that all my Extra Time Tokens have become 0. This looks like a bug or a sync problem because I was using the same EA account.

My details: EA UID is 953357453661978627, Platform is Mobile (Android). Before the update I had 30,700 Extra Time Tokens, but now in FC 26 it shows 0. Please check this issue and restore my missing tokens or provide proper compensation.
