Facing issue with TOTS scout

I have claimed a tradable 118 ovr Kohler from TOTS scout. But now it is not getting refreshed. I'm still seeing the last claimed 118 ovr player. Previously it was getting freshed on daily basis.

    You can claim one player per week. Next thursday new players unlock

    Yep, I can confirm this is not a bug. As Sanyosa explained, once you make a purchase during the week, you can no longer reveal clues or buy the card again until the next league release.
