Help me solve this bug

I have a bug issue regarding my AE and FCMobile accounts, I have linked them but the mission is not completed and I cannot redeem the code, because there is a notification that the account is not connected to the game.

    Hi! I'm not sure I understood correctly, but this usually means the EA account linked inside FC Mobile is not the same account you are using on the redeem page. Please try signing out and checking any other EA email addresses you may have used, then log in with the one that matches your in-game link. Also clear your browser cookies/cache and reopen the game once more so the link status refreshes.

    I've tried all the accounts I've ever used, but nothing works. Then, in the game the mission to link the EA account is incomplete.But in the settings it is connected to all platforms

    We have already reported the issue with the account linking quest to the game team.
    Could you also please share a screenshot of the error message you see when trying to redeem the code on the website?
