failed missions

I have a problem where it won't let me complete some missions, or I don't know how to complete them. Regarding skill missions, I have one player upgraded five times with rank-ups (to gold), and it won't let me complete the mission where he upgrades to skill level 3. It also won't let me complete the "Join Football Centre" mission. I've tried entering it several times or clicking the "Go" button, but to no avail. I've attached the attachments below. I'm awaiting a response.
