Fc game hack

This looks more like a currency sync or account issue than a hack. Try updating the app, clearing cache, logging out and back in, and checking if your Gems/FC Points balance loads correctly. If the pack still stays closed, share your device model, app version, and screenshot so EA can check it server-side.
