FC Mobile – Old suspended account appears when linking new account

Hello,

My old FC Mobile account was temporarily suspended

(error code: 0x001027101 – Account Suspended).

I created a new FC Mobile account, but when I try to link it to an EA account or email,

the game automatically shows my old suspended account instead of the new one.

I tried using a different email and EA account and also reinstalled the game,

but the issue still happens.

Please help me remove or unlink the old FC Mobile account

so I can link my new account correctly.
