FC Mobile – Purchase Failed error
Hello EA Support,
I am experiencing a persistent issue with in-app purchases in FC Mobile.
Every time I try to buy an item, I receive the following message: “Purchase Failed – Please login to your application store account and try again”
Support Message: 20005 | LiSLrshMQteoA7WocyHg5w
Important details:
- Purchases work normally in other Google Play games on the same device and account
- Google Play account is active and logged in
- Payment method is valid and functional
- Device: Android
- -ocation: Netherlands
This indicates the issue is specific to FC Mobile’s purchase integration, not Google Play or my account.
Please investigate this error on your side and advise on a fix or account refresh if needed.
