FC Mobile 27 Star Signings Bug – Player Incorrectly Showing “In Lineup”

After the FC Mobile 27 Anniversary update, I am unable to exchange one of my players for Star Signings shards because the game says the player is still “In Lineup.”

However, I have already removed the player from my active lineup and checked my other lineups/Game Plans. The player is not on the bench or in any lineup, and I have also disabled auto substitution.

Despite this, the Star Signings exchange still treats the player as being in a lineup, so I cannot exchange the player for shards.

This is preventing me from using the shards to claim the Anniversary player I was planning to get.

Expected result:

If the player is not present in any lineup, bench, or Game Plan, the game should allow the player to be exchanged for shards.

Actual result:

The game incorrectly shows the player as “In Lineup” and blocks the exchange.

Please investigate the lineup/Game Plan reference for this player and fix the issue.

I have attached screenshots showing that the player is not in my lineup and that the exchange still shows “In Lineup.”
