FC Mobile Account Hacked - Please Assist with Account Recovery

Hi everyone, especially the EA support team and kind community members 🙏

I would like to report that my FC Mobile account has been hacked. Below are the details:

• FC Mobile Account UID: [Snip]
• Platform: Android
• Issue encountered: Account hacked
• Unable to log in as the EA account email and password have been changed by the hacker
• All previously linked accounts (LINE, Facebook) have been removed
• I have owned this account for over 3 years, and have invested significant time, effort, and money into building my team, purchasing player cards, and participating in events and leagues

 

I have already tried contacting support via the official page but received a message stating that the issue is not supported by advisors. I have also checked through Facebook and found no related apps that I could unlink.

I have proof of ownership including screenshots of game progress, my team name, a list of key player cards, and purchase history (can be provided if required).

Please help me – whether from the EA team or fellow players who have faced similar issues – to secure my account, restore access, and block the hacker’s activities so that the account is not lost or misused.
