FC Mobile account progress lost – 118 OVR replaced by 64 OVR

Hello EA team,

I lost my original EA SPORTS FC Mobile account progress.

My main account was 118 OVR and it was linked to Facebook.

After logging in, only a new 64 OVR account appears.

I already contacted EA Help, but the case says this issue is not supported by advisors.

I believe my original progress is still on the server.

Please help escalate this issue or create a support case to restore my original account.
