Fc mobile challenge mode reward issue

This is the first time that this issue of not being able to claim my reward from the challenge mode has ever occured. I was playing one of the challenge modes (maradona) and withdrawn everything at the finals as I just wanted the gems. However when I clicked withdraw, it says I got the reward. It’s quite strange as I didn’t even get the base maradona card nor the 3000 gems!! I closed and reopened my game and still nothing at all. No mail received from my inbox just the same number of gems I had initially. Pls help get my reward back…
