FC Mobile Data Transfer

Hello EA Support, my FC Mobile account is currently set with a minor age (Underage), so I am unable to link it to my Google or Facebook account. I need to transfer this Guest account to my new phone. Can you please help me update the age or transfer the account to my new device? My Guest ID-[removed]
