Coach signing - Add Coaches with Tactical Styles and Squad Boosts

Hi FC Mobile team,

 

I'd love to see Coaches added to the game. Right now, the Coach section in Team feels cosmetic. Please make coaches affect squad strength (e.g. tactical boosts, chemistry, or stat bonuses) and introduce more playing styles tied to different coaches, such as high press, possession, counter-attack, and park the bus.

 

This would add real depth to squad building, give players more ways to play, and make team management feel more strategic.
