Fc mobile game stuck in loading screen

This morning when I went to play the game I saw that I was being asked to log in again after that I logged in but after logging in the game got stuck on the loading screen I think it is a problem with my network I tried on another network it doesn't work just takes a while to load. After that I thought maybe there is a problem with my device so I restarted my phone and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but that didn't work either. But I logged in as a guest ID and that's it. Again I saw on Facebook that many people are suffering from the same problem like me I waited the whole day it didn't work and I can't log in to the game. So I request the fc mobile team to fix this problem quickly. So that we can play the game well.
