FC Mobile glitch caused me to miss out on rewards

A few minutes ago there was a content update that occurred after i finished a match in the premier league TOTS chapter. I didn’t get any rewards for it though. I tried playing it again but it also didn’t work

What i feel like i deserve as compensation are the 300 PL tokens i was supposed to get to make the game fair. Thank you
