FC Mobile joystick resets after swipe gestures

Hi EA Support,

I’m experiencing a control issue in FC Mobile on my iPhone. I’m using the floating joystick, and whenever I swipe right on the skill-move button, the joystick resets as soon as I release my finger. It also sometimes happens when I swipe right on the Shoot button to perform a power shot.

The joystick works normally while I’m holding the swipe, but resets when I let go, even though my other thumb is still holding the joystick. This happens in every match.

I’ve confirmed that there is no game update available, Touch Accommodations is already off, and changing the Floating Virtual Stick setting did not fix the issue.

Could you please help me fix this problem or investigate whether it’s a known control bug?
