Transactional and redeem code glitch

For the past month I think I'm not receiving any redeem code rewards which I'm redeeming. And a few days earlier I bought 39 silver from your website by coda shop the transaction completed but I did not receive it and still now I'm not receiving the redeem code rewards after redeeming the code . I hopeful that EA will help me to resolve my issues.

    This could mean that you are logged into a different EA Account on the redeem website and web store than the one you are currently using in the game.
    Please make sure to double-check that the emails match exactly between your in-game profile and the website.
