FC Mobile Login Error 0x002D0FA2

Hello EA Support,

 

I cannot log in to EA SPORTS FC Mobile. I receive error code 0x002D0FA2.

 

My previous account was deleted successfully, but I cannot log in to create a new account and start playing from the beginning.

 

I have tried changing networks, clearing the cache, and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists.

 

Please help me fix this issue so I can create a new account.

    Hi there. Welcome to our forums!
    Just to clarify a couple of details?
    Are you trying to log in using the same EA account that was previously deleted, or are you trying to set up a brand new EA profile with a completely different email address?
    Creating a fresh profile with a new email address should help you start the game from the beginning.
