FC Mobile Login Failed 0x00000001 on Redmi Note 14

Hello EA Support,

I cannot log into my FC Mobile account.

My EA account is verified and linked to my Google account. I recently changed my phone and installed FC Mobile from Google Play on a Redmi Note 14 (Android 15).

The game downloads all required files successfully, but when I tap "Play", I receive the error:

LOGIN FAILED

0x00000001

I can log into my EA account on the website without any problem. I have already tried:

- Reinstalling FC Mobile

- Clearing cache and app data

- Using different networks and VPN

- Relinking my EA account

- Restarting the device

My FC Mobile progress was previously linked to this EA account.

Please help me restore access to my account.

    Hi! Could you please check that your device’s date, time, and region settings are correct? If you're using a language other than English, try switching your device language to English and then reinstall the game.

    Before reinstalling, make sure your account is linked so that your game progress is saved and can be restored afterward.
