Matchmaking Issues in Division Rivals After the Update

Hi EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical issue after the latest gameplay update in FC Mobile. I cannot play any online matches in Division Rivals, including Head-to-Head (H2H) and VS Attack (VSA).

Every time I try to find a match, the game disconnects immediately during the loading screen or matchmaking phase. In my match history, all of these games are continuously marked as "0-0 KHÔNG CÓ KẾT QUẢ" (0-0 No Result).

I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps on my end, including:

1 Clearing the game cache multiple times.

2 Reinstalling a clean version of the game from the App Store/Google Play.

3 Downloading 100% of the game assets.

4 Creating a completely new active lineup.

5 Testing matches against AI (PvE), which work perfectly normal.

This issue only occurs when I play online matches (PvP). It seems like my account data is currently glitched or desynced on the server side.

Please review my account data and fix this matchmaking error as soon as possible, as I cannot enjoy the new update and my TOTS event progress is heavily affected. I have attached the screenshot of my match history for your reference.

Thank you for your help.

    Thanks for the reports, everyone.

The team is still investigating this issue. In the meantime, please try the workaround shared above: set your Banner, Logo, and Theme back to the default options in Locker Room, then restart the game and test Division Rivals again.

If you would like to help with the investigation, please  send me a DM with the following information:

    • Your User ID
    • Player nickname
    • Description of the error
    • Screenshots of the error

The more reports we receive, the easier it will be for the team to identify patterns and narrow down the root cause of the issue.

    Thanks for your patience.
