FC Mobile.Missing FC Points Store

Hey everyone.I’ve noticed that you cannot buy any fc points,star passes on new fc mobile accounts,even after some days of playing.Is there any fix for this?

p.s: Market restrictions are excluded,I had a main where I had no troubles with buying anything.My account is connected to EA as well.Also I’m playing on IOS,but I tried to log in via Android — the problem remains the same
