Fc mobile Monthly streek pack failed payment

I made payment for monthly streek pack for 99 but it failed in pack but money was deducted can u check  * attachment removed

    Remove your personal details, then raise a ticket with helpdesk via the in-game menu stating missing content. Forums don't deal with transactions.
