FC MOBILE packs

Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with rewards on my account.

From the Glorious Eras event up to the TOTY event, I have opened many packs (including through drafts), but I have never obtained a single player rated 114 or higher.

Meanwhile, several of my friends have received very good players during the same period, which makes this situation even more frustrating.

I play FC Mobile regularly and invest a lot of time in the game for enjoyment. Unfortunately, this complete lack of good rewards is discouraging and negatively affects my gaming experience. I play the game to be happy, not to feel frustrated or sad.

I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to:

- review my account,

- check if there is any bug or imbalance affecting my pack rewards,

- or provide any help or explanation regarding this issue.
