Hi! Thanks for joining our forums. Since you've already reinstalled the game and cleared the cache, please try the following and let us know if that helps:
- Restart your phone completely.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the game loads on a different connection.
- Make sure you have at least 2–5 GB of free storage available.
- Check that your phone's operating system, Google Play Services (Android), and FC Mobile are all fully up to date.
- If you're on Android and the game gets stuck while linking your account, try cancelling and signing in again.
